Hanako GmbH endeavors to make its digital applications accessible in accordance with BITV 2.0 and the Disability Equality Act (BGG).

This declaration on accessibility applies to the mobile application of Hanako's digital health app (iOS version).

The app is an offer for workplace health promotion. An access code or other individual activation is required to use it.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The app is only partially compatible with BITV 2.0 and the BGG due to the following pending optimizations.

Non-accessible content

The following functions and contents are currently not or not completely barrier-free:

• Alternative texts for graphics are not always correctly marked, and some link texts also require optimization.
• Media files with workouts and meditations lack subtitles, audio descriptions or media alternatives.
• The brightness contrasts are not sufficient for some texts, graphics and graphic control elements.
• The app is not fully operable via screen reader.
• Usability with the keyboard is limited. The focus is not always visible and some controls are skipped or cannot be activated.

We are currently working on further improving accessibility. Please be patient, as some of the adjustments are time-consuming.

Enforcement procedure

If you have been disadvantaged by an insufficiently accessible design of the app and your contact with Hanako was not successful, you have not received a response within one month or the response was inadequate, you can contact the competent conciliation body and seek enforcement proceedings.
